Introducing a new way or working (kanban) to our organisation and seeing the successes and lessons learned in order to make our process even better."

"As an Engineer in the Graduate Programme, my specific areas of responsibility change during each of my rotations. However, my graduate plan focuses on measurements, and my tasks generally involve analysing measurements that come from our existing wind farms. We use this data to improve our design models and learn more about the performance of our wind farms, so we can continue to be competitive in the offshore wind market. By participating in the Graduate Programme, I get to learn about the different types of measurements we do, and how we use them across several fields of engineering. This gives me a broader perspective than most other new engineers."
